He firmly believes in customer service. Claude directs and manages the manufacturers’ representative division and sells accounts in PA & DE.

Howard has been a rep in the mid-Atlantic territory for 25 years. His goal is to not only help his accounts be better retailers, but better businessmen as well. He believes strongly in timely follow up to key issues and constant communications with his dealers. Howard directs and manages the company’s distribution division and sells accounts in MD & Northern VA.
